Mark Gray is a Chief People Officer with 18 years of experience leading HR and talent functions across global organisations. He is currently CPO at a leading AI company, where he oversees people operations across multiple geographies and at significant scale.

He built People Plan because no adequate tool existed. The compliance requirements employment counsel actually enforces, the documentation finance needs before approving headcount changes, the coordination overhead between teams when timelines are tight — none of it was reflected in what was available. The process was being run in spreadsheets and email threads that created legal exposure and audit gaps.

People Plan was not built by engineers who researched the problem from the outside. It was built by someone who has planned and executed workforce transitions firsthand, and who understands exactly what HR, legal, and finance teams need to do this well.

Built for discretion

Workforce decisions involve sensitive employee data and confidential business strategy. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, never sold, never used to train AI models, and permanently deleted within 90 days of account closure.
